EVER ACCORD Construction Corp. (EAC), was established in 1990.
In January of 1999, all the personnel from the Civil Engineering department of the Development division of Evergreen International Corporation (in charge of Group's property development, planningand project management) were incorporated into EVER ACCORD Construction Corp., which became an affiliate of Evergreen Group.
